There is no satisfactory answer to this one. Many women make false alegations, and for a crime which generally has no witnesses, it's one persons word against anothers. The low conviction rate might be unavoidable, but rather than artificially trying to raise the conviction rate, which can only lead to more miscarriages of justice, maybe the feminists should address the true reasons that make it a difficult crime to prosecute.
